Self help skills are essential skills needed by an individual in his or her day to day life and experience, it is worthy of note that the life of a person is as good as the cognitive and working knowledge of such an individual.

FACTS ABOUT SELF HELP SKILLS.
It is an intentional approach and applications of directing ones thought or thinking patterns by intentionally shifting from reactive thought of the causes to a proactive or a reactive positive thoughts filed with lines of action which will eventually help an individual to express the desired or a better expected results of his or her personality.
TIPS ON DEVELOPING SELF HELP SKILLS.
Like we have started above self help skill development is dependent on an individual and the ways by which they feel the needs. But we will point out some basics below:
I. The person will have to sit down to look into the particular area of his or her life that they are lacking the adequate skills.
II. The person should further look at his or her reactions to previous occurrence of such a situation, and if it is a situation that hasn’t happened yet, the person should have an honest and a detailed description of what and how they may react negatively.
III. The person should then state the best positive ways they are expected to react or would love to react. This should be a very well detailed description if possible real life line of action or dialogue should be committed to the mind by this doing, those actions will come handy when the real situation is in play because you have already constructed what to do before hand, you know what to do.
IV. The person will have to, in situations when the occurrence has transpired or it’s in process and progress, do all that is possible to shift the negative or one’s negative reaction and thoughts away into a thought of how to rescue, that is if it actually does happen or stay calm dwelling upon the thought of “after it has happened” the worst that can be is that it has happened and what to do next is to provide the possible next line of actions which should be given to such a victim of the event. And this thoughts should be within you all through the process of the event and not to be confused with panics, because if you get the slightest opportunity to share your self what you will do is to use this supporting lines of thoughts and not empty thoughts of panic.
CONCLUSIONS: This when adequately used in any individuals life and situations, the person will automatically be proactive to learn personalities which they so desire or are excepted to exhibit.
There are 1000 situations that may arise in an individual life span, it is only the attitude that you intentionally learn that will metamorphous into character else the persons personality which sometimes are not 100% the right character which is required for occasions which we face and navigate through in our ever changing situations.
